However, in a joint statement released on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, the couple officially confirmed that they had parted ways some time ago and requested that netizens respect their privacy for the sake of their children.
Kate Actress emphasized that while their relationship was never a secret, it was a matter of privacy. She expressed her gratitude to their loyal fans for their enduring support over the years, saying, “We were never a secret, just private. The couple made it clear that their decision to end their marriage was mutual and had happened some time ago. Their joint statement posted on Instagram read, “We came to the conclusion to end our marriage a while ago and have been separated. We sincerely request everyone to respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children.”

In response, Phil Director acknowledged the matter and conveyed that they would continue as friends and business partners, emphasizing the need to move forward with their lives without unnecessary speculation.
